Children's attorney Donna Bloemer is a study of balancing passionate dedication and effectiveness. Bloemer, a Covington native and Ft. Wright resident is a managing attorney for Children's Law Center, of counsel with Wolnitzek & Rowekamp, PSC -- both in Covington -- and involved with 15 community organizations, as well as an adjunct professor at Thomas More College.

Bloemer's involvement with other community resources that nurture and protect children compliment her children’s law focus. Donna works with the Redwood Rehabilitation Center, the Hispanic Resource Center, the Carnegie Arts Center, the Family Nurturing Center, the Diocesan Catholic Children’s Home, the Point/Arc of Northern Kentucky, the American Cancer Society, the St. Elizabeth Medical Center Foundation, the Cathedral Foundation, Legacy, Leadership Kentucky, and the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
